So, I've got exactly one week from right now until I'm in the air somewhere over the Gulf of Mexico. Everyone keeps asking if I'm scared or nervous, and I'm really not. I'm pumped. It seems like I've been planning on this for so long that now that the date is really approaching I'm ready and waiting. I'm starting to accululate a pile of crap in the corner on top of my backpack. Now I just need to put it in and get on the road.
